Highly recommend Midwest. From the first time we met Steve and he walked us through their products and process, to picking out what works best for our backyard, excavation, installation, gas, electric, cement. Thank god for Kyle teaching us how to work everything (since we never had a pool before), we couldn’t be happier.
My husband really liked how Midwest handled all aspects of pool from design, layout, permits, and everything else from start to finish including all their contractors (which were fabulous).
We love our new pool and can’t wait to create many more years of memories with our family and friends.
Only regret is we should have done this years ago ;)

Brian our salesperson and Brittani our project manager have been great to work with. They return calls and e-mails quickly and are always friendly, professional and helpful.
We were quoted install for April/May and our pool went into the ground on April 19.
We aren’t completely done with the entire installation process and have not been in the pool yet but we are excited and to this point Midwest has been great to work with.

Midwest pools has been by far one of the best companies I have ever used while working in hospitality. Everything they completed from the pool resurfacing to the spa equipment removal was top notch.
However, the best part of this company has been the customer service I received from Terri. She truly is one of a kind and went so far above and beyond to assist me in all my needs for reopening our pool. Things that she didn't have to do or assist with such as permits, licenses and inspections she was getting information and reaching out to them for me. There was never a time when she did not communicate to me about anything in all the projects we had completed.
I truly can't be more appreciative of all she did for me. This company will be my go-to for anything needed in the future.
